As an independent-contractor Producer/Editor for CoStar Group’s Homes.com, I delivered VO-led neighborhood/community profile videos (30–120 seconds) across assigned markets, working to Homes.com’s editorial and brand standards. Depending on the brief, I either cut from a provided script or wrote concise VO copy, then handled end-to-end post—ingest, selects, pacing, and light audio sweetening—keeping graphics minimal to preserve an authentic, documentary view of each ZIP code’s schools, parks, and amenities. I also collaborated with independent field contractors, receiving and organizing their footage per assignment and shaping it into clear, consistent stories.
